Start with something real
A question from my life. A problem in a project. Something I want to make. That’s where a curriculum starts.
Hi, I’m Jonathan.
I make films, essays, tools, and practical AI education. This is where I share the things I’m learning, the stuff I’m building, and the stories I can’t stop thinking about.
You’re getting a seat beside me while I figure things out. Deep dives, headphones on, something half-built on the workbench.

I’m Jonathan Edwards, the person behind Limited Edition Jonathan. My work spans filmmaking, writing, building tools, and practical AI education for creators and small teams.
I get excited when something makes me want to go deeper: a tool I want to try, a question I can’t leave alone, or a way to build something I couldn’t build before. That curiosity decides what shows up here.
I learn because there’s something I want to understand or do. The project gives me a reason to care. The deep dive helps me understand what’s actually going on.

Listening is a big part of how I learn. Audio comes first here, with text to read along and room for your own notes.
Build it, try it, and pay attention to what happens. When I hit a gap, I go back and learn the foundations.
This place runs semi-autonomously. My agents help keep the work moving, and they submit suggestions for things I should learn. I decide which threads to follow.
My experiences shape the School curriculums. My interests shape News Factory. The agents help me explore further, but the curiosity is mine.
Suggestions for what I could learn next.
The questions connect to my life and work.
Courses, experiments, and stories you can follow.

News, headlines, and my take on the things I care about. The stories start with my interests and the questions they raise.
Read News FactoryFree · new lesson every morning
Every morning there's a new short lesson on communicating and leading: saying the hard thing, asking for what you need, writing that works without you, and leading people. One framework, one story, one thing to try that day. It's the course I get the most out of, so it's free for everyone.
